Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Once a User has accessed or used any portion of a course or content (e.g., started lessons, downloaded materials), the payment becomes non-refundable. Similar to standard digital-product refund norms.
  2. Refund Request Process
    • To request a refund, the User must contact us at umraopati@inspirolearn.com within 7 days of payment.
    • The request must include order reference, user account details, reason for refund.
  3. Refund Amount & Timing
    • Refunds, if any will be initiated within 10- business days of approval, via the original payment method or alternate method as agreed.
  4. Exceptions / No Refund Cases
    • No refund once the User has begun using or consuming any part of the course/material.
    • No refund for digital goods already delivered (e.g. downloadable content, video access) once access granted.
    • No refund for requests made after the refund eligibility period.
  5. Changes to Refund Policy
    • We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policy will take effect on the “Effective date” indicated. Continued use post-update implies acceptance.
